Freedom to Speak III: NYPI Post-Election Community Building Circle Event

Join New York Peace Institute for a Community Building Circle Event that will explore the impact of conflict on our lives and ability to express ourselves and views.

On November 13, 2024, New York Peace Institute will host the third and final installment of our Freedom to Speak: Community Building Circle Series, through which we have explored conflict, the ways in which it can stymie critical conversation, and how to maintain relationships across divides. This series has been a place to hold space for our community to experience the process and power of the Circle. This final installment will focus on the elections taking place on November 5th, providing an opportunity for participants to share emotions and reactions to the election results and preparing participants to address this potentially challenging topic, as we head into holiday season.
